mj77 Terms and Conditions — Player Agreement for Pakistan

Welcome to mj77. These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you — the registered player — and mj77 (operated at mj77.im). By creating an account on mj77, depositing funds, placing any bet, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use mj77. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on mj77.im including sports betting, cricket betting, PSL markets, casino games, jackpot slots, live dealer tables, and all promotions offered from time to time.

mj77 reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Continued use of mj77 after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. mj77 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

To register and use mj77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mj77 strictly enforces this requirement and will close any account where the account holder is found to be under 18, retaining all deposits in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party or as an agent.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended mj77 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering — including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee or director of mj77 or any of its affiliated entities.

mj77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for doing so. Approval of an account does not constitute a waiver of mj77's right to subsequently verify eligibility and close an account found to be in breach of these conditions.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on mj77. One account per person, per device, per household IP address. If mj77 identifies that a player is operating more than one account — whether under the same name or different names — mj77 may close all associated accounts, retain balances pending investigation, and void all pending bets placed across duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for keeping your mj77 login credentials — including your password — secure and confidential. You must not share your account login details with any other person under any circumstances. mj77 will treat all activity performed from your account as having been authorised by you, regardless of who actually placed the bet or made the transaction.

• You must notify mj77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• mj77 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of your account credentials being shared with or stolen by a third party.
• Your mj77 account balance is held in PKR and is non-transferable to any other person or account.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. mj77 will make reasonable efforts to contact inactive account holders before applying any dormancy policy.

mj77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 200
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 500
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit Rs 500

All deposits made to mj77 must come from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be flagged for investigation, may be returned, and may trigger an account review. mj77 does not accept deposits originating from any source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

mj77 does not charge any fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your wallet or bank for their applicable rates before depositing. mj77 cannot refund fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests on mj77 are subject to the following conditions and processing timelines:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 for digital wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever technically possible. mj77 applies this rule to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Your mj77 account must pass KYC verification (see Section 10) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Digital wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers take 1–4 hours.
• mj77 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

mj77 aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. Requests submitted during periods of high volume or requiring additional verification may take longer. mj77 will communicate any delays via your registered email or on-platform notification within the same business day.

mj77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing Pakistani players. All bonuses — including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL double odds promotions — are subject to specific terms. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions on mj77 unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on mj77 are eligible for a 300% bonus up to Rs 30,000. The bonus is applied as bonus funds to your mj77 account balance.
• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds on mj77 are subject to a 3× wagering requirement — meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered three times before any portion becomes withdrawable. Example: Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 3,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
• Qualifying Bet: For sports betting bonuses on mj77, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that have not been wagered within 30 days of being credited to your mj77 account will expire and be removed from your balance automatically.
• Abuse: mj77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or other strategic manipulation of promotion terms is identified.

mj77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will be notified via the promotions page when active offers are changed. mj77 does not retroactively change the terms of bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on mj77, including cricket, PSL, and all other sports. Product-specific rules for individual sports may be found in the relevant section of the mj77 betting interface.

• All bets placed on mj77 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after placement except where the mj77 platform explicitly offers a cash-out option on a specific market.
• mj77 reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on a market that was offered due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified and stakes refunded in such cases.
• In-play bets placed on mj77 are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent exploitation of latency. Any in-play bet where the relevant event outcome was already determined at the point of placement will be voided.
• Abandoned Matches: For cricket matches on mj77 that are abandoned without an official result (i.e. less than the minimum DLS overs completed), all match winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that were fully resolved prior to abandonment (e.g. first over total, toss winner) stand as settled.
• Match Interruptions: Where a PSL or cricket match is delayed by rain but subsequently resumed and reaches a valid DLS result, all bets on mj77 are settled on the official DLS result.
• Maximum bet limits on mj77 vary by market and event. Individual market maximum stakes are displayed on the betslip at the time of bet placement.

mj77 uses third-party data feeds for live score updates and in-play market management. In the rare event of a data feed discrepancy, the official match result published by the relevant cricket governing body (PCB, ICC, or PSL) will be used for settlement purposes on mj77.

All casino games and jackpot slots available on mj77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or by mj77 itself. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the game information panel within the mj77 casino section.

• The minimum bet per spin on mj77 slot games starts from Rs 5. Maximum bet limits vary per game and are displayed on the game interface.
• Progressive jackpot pools on mj77 accumulate from a percentage of all qualifying bets across connected players. Jackpot payouts are credited to the winner's PKR balance immediately upon triggering.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system fault during a casino game on mj77, the round in progress at the time of the fault will be treated according to the specific game provider's rules. mj77 will apply the game provider's stated fault procedure and will not unilaterally settle interrupted rounds in favour of the house.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mj77 and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one mj77 account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or during KYC verification
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, or pricing errors on mj77 for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial assistance to place bets or play casino games on mj77
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to corrupt the outcome of an event on which you have placed a bet on mj77
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any competitive format on mj77
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a pattern designed to evade anti-money laundering detection
• Using mj77 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Accessing mj77 using a VPN, proxy, or any method designed to disguise your actual location or identity

mj77 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances where identity verification is required by our compliance obligations. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC). KYC is not optional — it is a legal and operational requirement that protects both players and the platform.

When requested, you will be required to provide the following documents to mj77 for KYC verification:

• Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the payment account used for deposits is registered in your name
• Selfie Verification: A clear selfie holding your CNIC as instructed by the mj77 compliance team
• Additional documents may be requested for high-value withdrawals or where the compliance team identifies a need for further verification

mj77 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. During the KYC period, your account remains active for deposits and betting, but withdrawals are held until verification is complete. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all mj77 players and can be activated at any time via your account settings or by contacting mj77 support:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit applies.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which mj77 will automatically log you out and prompt you to take a break.
• Reality Check Notifications: Enable pop-up reminders at regular intervals showing your net session activity — time spent and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your mj77 account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your mj77 account. Self-exclusion is irreversible — once applied, mj77 will not re-activate the account under any circumstances.

mj77 will never market to, or contact with promotional materials, any player who has applied a cooling-off period or self-exclusion. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour, please use these tools and consider reaching out to a support organisation in Pakistan.

mj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Account inactivity for 12 consecutive months
• At the player's own request (account closure or self-exclusion)
• mj77's decision to withdraw services from a particular market or jurisdiction

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mj77 will freeze the account balance. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the full balance will be released and the account restored. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific violation identified.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their mj77 account may do so by contacting support at support@mj77.im. Any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard verification check.

mj77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the mj77 Privacy Policy. Key data protection principles applied by mj77 include:

• Your personal data is collected only for the purposes of operating your mj77 account, processing transactions, verifying your identity, and meeting our legal obligations.
• mj77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely using encryption and access controls. Only authorised mj77 personnel and necessary third-party service providers have access to player data.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data mj77 holds about you by contacting support@mj77.im.

mj77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While mj77 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, mj77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses incurred due to:

• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers
• Delays or errors caused by your internet connection, mobile network, or device
• Acts of God, force majeure events, or government actions affecting platform availability
• Unauthorised access to your mj77 account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials

In no event will mj77's total liability to any player exceed the amount of that player's current withdrawable balance at the time the disputed event occurred.

Dispute Process: If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, a bonus has been incorrectly applied, or a transaction on your mj77 account is in error, you must contact mj77 support within 30 days of the disputed event. mj77 will investigate and respond within 5 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter in writing to support@mj77.im with the subject line "Formal Dispute".

mj77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a mj77 player — we will provide at least 7 days notice via email to your registered address and a prominent notice on the mj77 platform before the new terms take effect.

If you continue to use mj77 after the effective date of any updated Terms, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using mj77 and contact support to close your account. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to standard verification procedures.
